You need a lot of self determination to follow an exercise routine religiously. Initially you develop gusto and do the exercise regularly but after a few days you start to go slow on it, thus the question arises when you should change your exercise routine to keep the exercise going regularly.

Everybody is not the same, some people have more stamina, some are active and some are more active and when you start an exercise routine, start from a lighter scale and then clime upwards. The best way is to start by walking and then jogging and go upwards.
